Job Description:
  • · Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) for Financial Advisors.
  • · Conduct detailed research on investment products, strategies and compliance requirements.
  • · Collaborate with Financial Advisors to implement risk management, tax planning and wealth-building strategies for clients.
  • · Ensure compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
  • · Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in financial planning software.
  • · Liaise regularly with Financial Advisors and service providers to gather necessary information.
  • · Provide training and mentorship to Junior Paraplanners and Assistant Paraplanners.
  • · Assist in troubleshooting complex financial planning tasks and resolving issues.
